Les Dames d’Escoffier International
LDEI is an invitational organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy and philanthropy.
It is a society made up of 25 chapters in cities across North America and Australia. The chapters come together once a year to share information, network among members and participate in professional development. Throughout the year, ideas are shared, members are supported, and philanthropic endeavors are shared.
VISION
LDEI is an international organization of women leaders who create a supportive culture in their communities to achieve excellence in the food, beverage and hospitality professions.
To do this LDEI members:
- share knowledge
- support members and
- provide leadership, educational opportunities and philanthropic events for the larger community
