About Us
Les Dames d'Escoffier is the only organization of its kind: an international society of professional women of high achievement in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. The membership of the Boston chapter is highly diversified, reflecting the multifaceted field of contemporary gastronomy.
Les Dames members include chefs and restaurateurs, caterers, culinary educators and professors, culinary historians, food journalists and writers, hospitality executives, vintners and wine merchants, chocolatiers, bakers, consultants and entrepreneurs, TV and radio personalities, fine food purveyors and more. Renowned and distinguished; membership is by invitation.
