The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts hosts Les Dames d'Escoffier Boston and guests in a chocolate workshop with Master Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes.
Chef Delphin will design this hands-on workshop around a holiday theme from which participants will be able to take home chocolates and chocolate designs. Delphin plans to teach Dames how to temper, create molded and filled chocolates, and hand-craft artisan-style chocolate confections. Molded chocolates will take a bit longer to set, so the class may run a bit later.
Les Dames d’Escoffier members and guests will enjoy a cheese plate, light noshes, and Prosecco.
Registration is limited to a total of 20 members and guests. A minimum of 10 registrations needed for the class to run. Please register by November 20th.
