Just in time for the holiday season, maestra of regional Italian cuisine Dame Mary Ann Esposito leads this hands-on class on antipasti, the perfect delectable bites for entertaining. After working with Mary Ann in the kitchen, participants will sit down to table to enjoy the fruits of their labor along with wine pairings selected by Guy Esposito, Mary Ann's husband and a wine educator with accreditation from the United States Sommelier Association.
Each attendee will also receive a copy of Mary Ann's latest book, Ciao Italia: My Lifelong Food Adventure in Italy.
Mary Ann is a prolific cookbook author, culinary teacher, and the host of America's longest-running cooking show Ciao Italia.
